Tradition Lantern Making Class
Learn the step-by-step process of making a traditional Hoi An bamboo and silk lantern.
Choose your favorite color, pattern, and design.
Guided by local artisans, you’ll craft your own lantern to take home as a beautiful souvenir.
Paper Lantern (Hoa Đăng) Making Class
Discover the spiritual and cultural meaning of flower lantern in Hoi An .
Make your own flower-shaped candle using colored paper and candlelight.
Prepare your candle for release on the river during the boat ride.
Lantern Boat Ride on the Hoai River
Board a charming wooden boat decorated with lanterns.
Light your floating candle and gently release it into the river, making a wish for peace, love, or good fortune.
Enjoy the calm, magical atmosphere of Hoi An at sunset as the lanterns begin to glow across the water.
